So is the right training program for you?
It is a question we get a lot and one that requires thought as there are a few important variables to consider.
The first thing you have to ask yourself is, are you willing to invest?
If the answer is no, then your best to hit our workout library and grab the free workouts.
What I have seen many times over is those who invest, separate from the rest.
Why? Because they have skin in the game and they're invested in their goals.
The next question is, do you have access to a gym?
If the answer is no, you have two options.
Option 1: The pull up & push up program
Option 2: The Combat Conditioning Program. The CCP still requires you have a kettle bell or something that can imitate it. A weighted vest will also help you to get more from this program, don't have vest? Wear a back pack with weight in it. Be solutions focused and get your training in no matter what!
If you do have access to a gym you have to decide if you're going all in on the full 14 week package or if you're going to do the 6 week package.
The main differences of the 14 week program are:
1. Simply, it is a full training cycle so you will yeild greater results.
2. Get access to the goal setting and mindset guide.
3. Get access to our meal plan formulated by Ascend Nutrition specifically for our 14 week training programs.
