Today we are sharing an interval and circuit training session from the Military Mental Toughness Program. This work is crucial to building a strong gas tank, making sure you dominate fitness testing, and stay operationally fit. 

Week 1 - Day 2

400m Run x 6 sets
Rest: 2 x run time

-Rest 5-10 minutes-

5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

Training doesn't have to always be complex, focusing on the fundamentals and working hard is a great way to build a strong foundation.

    I like its simplicity the only thing though I’m wondering what’s the percentage for those sprint runs are they 60 to 70 percent or are they 80 to 95 percent
