Today we are hooking into day 3 of training with the tribe. In the first week and phase of training we are building a strong foundation, making sure we set ourselves up for future success.
Week 1 - Day 3
AM – 5KM + COMPULSORY’S
5km Run
Max Push Ups
Max Pull Ups
Max Sit Ups
PM - STRENGTH
A1: Deadlift: 3 x 15-20
Rest: 1 minute
B1: DB Single Arm Bent Over Row: 3 x 15-20 each arm
Rest: 1 minute
C1: Pull Ups: 3 x 15-20
Rest: 1 minute 30 seconds
Use a strength band or conduct negatives if you are not able to conduct the rep ranges prescribed
D1: Close Grip Cable Row: 3 x 15-20
Rest: 1 minute
Before hooking into the 3 working sets, feel free to hit out a 1-2 warm up sets to find your ideal weight for the prescribed exercise.
