Today we are into the second interval and circuit training session of the week! For the tactical athlete it is not how we perform on our best day that counts, but how we perform on our worst. Building a strong conditioning base is essential to this.

AM OR PM - INTERVAL & CIRCUIT TRAINING
800m Run x 4
Rest: 2 x run time

Pull ups
Push ups
Knees To Chest (hanging from a pull up bar)
Remember, training is as hard as you make it, turn up the intensity and leave it all out on the gym floor!
