B1: DB Lunges: 3 x 15-20
Rest: 1 minute

C1: Goblet Squat: 3 x 15-20
Rest: 1 minute

D1: Leg extension: 3 x 15-20
Rest: 1 minute

E1: Leg Curl: 3 x 15-20
Rest 1 minute
