To cap off the week of training, we finish every week with a challenge or peak event, events designed to push you beyond your comfort zone.
The challenge events are designed to make you uncomfortable but without doing so much damage that you can't train on the Monday. The peak events are designed to take you to a level of discomfort you can never experienced before, causing you to make a permanent shift in your mental strength and resilience.
Lets hit the week 1 challenge event.
Target Time: 80 minutes
Pick a weight that is challenging but still enables you to meet the timing, if the weight is not enough to be a challenge add weight up to 35kg, If the weight is too much simply drop to a weight you can do, bodyweight is your last resort.
