You can stop, you can walk, but whatever you do you MUST finish the 20km.
Within the Military Mental Toughness Program there are Challenge and Peak Events.
Challenge events are designed to take you beyond your comfort zone but not so far that you can't recover after a recovery day.
Peak Events are designed to take you to a place you haven't been mentally in order to forge real mental toughness.
Over the duration of the program, the events get progressively harder, building to the crescendo of chaos!
