Min 1 – 10 Cal Row
Min 2 – 10 Burpees
Min 3 – 11 Cal Row
Min 4 – 11 Burpees
*This is an ascending ladder couplet. Add one calorie to the row on the odd minutes and one rep to the burpees on the even minutes, continue until the work output can no longer be achieved within the minute.
