Lactic Threshold Training | Fight Fit

Round 1:

1 minute Assault Bike (arms and legs)

1 minute on the bag punches & kicks

Complete 3 rounds

Rest 4 minutes

Round 2:

1 minute Assault bike (arms only)

1 minute on the bag punches only

Complete 3 rounds

Rest 4 minutes

Round 3:

1 minute explosive squat jumps

1 minute kicks 

Rest 2 minutes 

Complete 3  rounds

Round 4:

1 minute kneeling med ball slams

1 minute on the bag punches and kicks

2 minutes rest

Complete 3 rounds
