Fight Fit Workout

Warm Up:

Run - 10 minutes + Dynamic stretching 

Wrap Hands

Workout: Bag Work

30 Minutes of 2 minutes on 1 minute off

Alternate between: 

Kicks and punches 

Punching only 

Kicking only

Maintain a steady work rate throughout
