As part of our new Mental Toughness Program, we are programming a variety of different training methodologies in order to keep you and your body guessing. Here is a example of just one type of workout methodology you will find. 

Interval & Circuit Training 

400m x 6 sets

Rest: 2 x run time

-Rest 5-10 Minutes-

14-13-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Pull ups

Push ups

Knees To Chest (hanging from a pull up bar)
