Weekly Warrior Workout 85

Just like building muscle takes time, so does mental toughness. It is not any single challenge or peak event inside our new Military Mental Toughness Program that will make you "mentally tough", it is a combination of everything together. 

We prescribe many different styles of training within the program, why? To keep you, your mind and your body guessing, forcing the need for constant adaptation both physically and mentally. 

Here is an example of but one day inside the program:

AM – 5KM + COMPULSORY’S
5km Run
Max Push Ups
Max Pull Ups
Max Sit Ups

PM - STRENGTH
A1: Barbell Push Press: 5 x 15-20
A2: Barbell Hang Clean: 5 x 5-20
Rest: 3 minutes


20 MINUTE AMRAP
400m Run
21 KB Swings 24kg / 16kg
12 Pull Ups
