Weekly Warrior Workout 97
The name says it all, this weeks workout is all about being Warfighter Athletic, not just gym or Saturday night athletic.
For the warrior athlete, strength and conditioning work is a but a tool to help them to perform outside, in the real world, regardless of weather season or terrain, this is our arena.
Carrying a ruck of what ever weight you can manage, seek out a local walking track or trail and get into the great outdoors.
Pick a challenging route that is undulating with plenty of leg work required.
Minimum ruck weight of 20kg.
Minimum distance: 5km
Underload, charging up hills, this is where the warrior athlete reigns supreme.
Get out there, into our arena and become comfortable being uncomfortable.
