In this weeks workout we take a challenge event from the Military Mental Toughness Program. Within the program we use challenge and peak events inline with different training methodologies to build mental toughness.
For some, this will be challenging, just keep moving, even if you have to walk. For other this will in inside your wheel house, if this is you, push hard and try set a great time.
Each and every week, the challenge and peak events get harder and harder, progressively building your physical and mental performance.
