Lock Down Task 1 - Immediate Assessment

This is real, this is not a drill, this is going to impact the lives of millions of people.

Now that we understand the seriousness of the situation there is no point sitting there dwelling in the aim, it is time to move.

In army speak we are right of bang right now, the event is happened and we are into it. The war room is manned and troops are out on the ground, both literally and in the context of the warriors manning the hospitals and health care facilities.

Now it is time to focus on your AO (area of operations), aka you.

Today's task is going through and taking stock of your current situation.

1. Where are you right now? What is your situation? What are your strengths, weaknesses, limitations, left and right of arcs, what capabilities and resources are at your disposal?

Here we are conducting an assessment of our feasibility to conduct the essential tasks of providing food, water, shelter, warmth and paying the bills.

We are then taking a 360 degree look at the situation, the resources we can use and the capabilities we can deploy in order to remain operational aka looking after your community and your families.

2. What are possible courses of action you can take to remain operational and to do it with DIGNITY? Here we want to develop 3 COA's (courses of action) that you can take.

COA 1 = Low Risk Option

COA 2 = Medium Risk Option

COA 3 = High Risk Option

In this situation we mean risk to your families and yourselves situations. High risk maybe going into debt in order to pay the bills, medium risk maybe getting support from family and low risk maybe living well below your means in order to scrape through.

Go deep in detail here, write out each COA so that anyone could read it and understand the intent.

3. Develop your Course Of Action. Now that we have 3 options we need to do an assessment which will end in 1 COA being selected that can then be developed into a detailed, executable plan.

When weighing up each option make sure you bring to light each and every possible outcome and align it with the resources and capabilities you actually have available to you.

Once you finish your COA development the plan should have enough detail that you or anyone who reads your plan could go and execute it.

Lastly, it is now time to do.

Yes times are hard and I feel they may only get harder, but if you literally do nothing then you're setting yourself up for further failure.

Do the work, get after it and lets thrive in this chaos.

Together we will, together we can.

If you want human help with any of the above we have just decided to go all out and discount the Unleash The Warrior Within Program by 50%, a bold move but bold times calls for bold measures.
