Challenging, well structured, and easy to follow. I'm still in the first phase but I'm looking forward to the rest.
Fantastic program, I have noticed a difference already and only on week 4. My endurance/strength is through the roof
This by far has been the most challenging workout routine I’ve done. Every day is a new challenge and it feels amazing knowing that I know I will sweat every day at the gym. Very easy to follow and scientifically every workout makes sense.
Nice structure. Easy to follow. Will make you sweat if you put in the work.
