Weekly Warrior Workout 102

New Year New Opportunity. 

The first workout of the year is going to be a little different. 

Instead of the focus being on the workout, your focus is going to be on you. 


Run: 30 Minutes continuous

Focus: The focus here is not the run, it is using the run as a tool for you to positively spend time in your own head, reflecting on the year that was and the year that will be. 

I want you to retrieve all of the lessons learnt from 2020 and then shift your focus on how you're going to step up and level up in 2021. 

Regardless of what is going on in the world, the area you can have the greatest impact is within your own life. If we all focus on being better ourselves, instead of forcing others to change, the world would be a better place. 

Make this the year you make that change, make this the year that you prove the doubters wrong, make this the year you prove yourself right.
