Weekly Warrior Workout 139

Let's kick the year off focusing on the essentials! In this workout we are going to work on improving your run times and building your gas tank. Although it is important to be strong, cardio reigns supreme when it comes to being fit for battle. 

WARM UP

5 minutes of light jogging

2 rounds:
20 Glute Bridges 
20 Lunges 
40 Calf Pumps 

Dynamic Stretching

WORKOUT 

1 X 800m Run

4 minutes rest 

4 x 400m run 

2 minutes rest between each interval 

5 minutes rest 

COMPULSORIES 

100 Air Squats 
50 Push Ups 
100 Curl Ups 
BONUS: 30 Pull Ups 

Break up reps into as little sets as possible.
