We are back with another Weekly Warrior Workout! This time we are diving into a conditioning workout from the Build Phase of our Full Body Blitz Program.
During the Build Phase, interval training is used as a tool to burn fat while maintaining muscle mass. Interval training is extremely efficient requiring less time, while providing maximum health and athletic performance benefits.
All interval sessions are high intensity workouts, make sure you push yourself.
Warm Up
5 mins light jogging
2 rounds:
20 glute bridges
20 lunges
40 calf pumps
Hip mobility plus additional stretches
Interval Training
20 minutes | Assault Bike
30 Secs ON - 30 Secs OFF
If you don’t have access to an assault bike choose one of the following options:
Ski Erg
Rowing Machine
Indoor Bike
Run
