1. Push ups

2. Pull ups (use a tree or ledge if you have to)

3. Air squats

4. Dips (use a bar, rings or a seat) 

5. Lunges

Another Body weight burner for those in isolation!

If you have equipment feel free to substitute it out the body weight exercises.
