At Warfighter Athletic we believe a common misconception with military style training is that it has near break you, well it doesn't. 

That is what I call some 1980's volume obsessed BS! The science has evolved so it is time we did as well. 

We do believe training should be hard, but your first week of training on a new program shouldn't leave you in a wheel chair with you not being able to walk for a week. 

Here is a session from week 1 of the new Military Mental Toughness Program. 

It is as hard as you're willing to put out! 

AM OR PM - INTERVAL & CIRCUIT TRAINING

400m Run x 6 sets
Rest: 2 x run time

-Rest 5-10 minutes-

20 MINUTE AMRAP

5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
