4 Sets For Total Max Reps:
BW Bench Press – favour 5% of the total weight to one side of the barbell, giving an uneven weight distribution. Alternate sides each set.
BW (body weight) Strict Pull Up – one arm supinated the other pronated. Alternate between sets.
1 ½ BW (body weight) Hex Bar Deadlift (use a barbell if you don't have a hex bar)
Rest 10sec b/t exercises, 2min b/t sets
*1 max effort attempt per exercise. Rest 10sec between exercise transitions. On completion of all three exercises rest 2min before starting the next set. Record total reps.
