This week we are getting in the pool because as Combat Athletes we operate regardless of weather, season, or terrain. 

WORKOUT

25m Freestyle Sprint

Aim: Complete each length using minimal breaths - only breathe when necessary.

Rest: 60sec b/t reps | 2min b/t sets

Reps: 

Sets: 4

Conduct: Sprint 25m, rest 60 seconds, sprint 25m rest 60 seconds, sprint 25m rest 2 minutes. That is 1 set out of 4. 

This is a workout out of the 14 week Tier 2 Performance Program.
