As a former Royal Marine and current S & C Coach and Personal Trainer I was very impressed with this program. The balance of volume and intensity is excellent. As a new Dad I have been able to say F U to the Dad bod and drop fat, build muscle, increase my strength and massively build my engine. I'm in best shape I've been in since leaving the Corps.
I highly reccomend this program to anyone looking to get in real shape, join the services or build a well rounded fitness game. Just trust the process, it works! Can't wait to do the 2nd and 3rd phases.
Currently at 3PPCLI and following the raid series in the span of 3 months has made me keep in par with savages at battalion...
This program will help out in every arena in fitness. I am in an occupation where guys depend on me, and I depend on them. Fitness is not something neither of us have to worry about thanks to this program
