AM OR PM - INTERVAL & CIRCUIT TRAINING
400m Run x 6 sets
Rest: 2 x run time

I like its simplicity the only thing though I’m wondering what’s the percentage for those sprint runs are they 60 to 70 percent or are they 80 to 95 percent
