B1. For Time:
      5 sets for combines total time:
      2 x 10m Legless Rope Climbs         Full Body
      10m Handstand Walk                       3 Wall Climbs
      5 GTOH                      80kg/55kg      50kg/35kg
      4 X 25m Shuttles
      Rest 3min

*Combine all 5 times, excluding rest periods, then subtract the bench press score from the combined time to find the total score in seconds. Black = Rx / Green = regression.
