Every 10min complete 1 MR set of Press Ups.

Options: Run / walk / swim / row / cycle (10km cap) / ski erg / assault bike / elliptical

    My rower doesn’t tell me the distance I have rowed, how long should I row for? and what is MR for the press ups. Thank’s in advance for your help.
