Max Distance or Max Calories

Choose one of the following:

A. Tabata (8 rounds of 20sec on, 10sec off) row for distance.

The below distances are targets indicative of a good level of anaerobic capacity:

Males – 1000m +

Females – 800m +

Or

B. Tabata (8 rounds of 20sec on, 10sec off) assault bike for calories

    Target calories:

    Males – 90+

    Females – 70+
