90 - Barbell Deadlift @ Body Weight

80 - Shoulder To Overhead @ 40kg 

70 - Pull Ups 

60 - Bar or Ring Dips

50 - Burpees

40 - Box jump (pick a challenging height)

30 - Bench @ Body Weight

20 - Toes To Bar 

10 - 10m Rope Climb 

GIVE IT YOUR ALL, LEAVE NOTHING IN YOUR GAS TANK.
