In our new Military Mental Toughness Program we use challenge events to push you beyond your comfort zone every week. As you go through each phase of training it will progressively get harder, taking your fitness, performance and mental toughness to new levels. 

You may look at this challenge event now and think you couldn't do it but by the time you hit Phase 3 where you will find this workout, you will be ready to conquer it!
