You CANNOT go through this without building mental strength

I'm currently in day 31 and I have to honestly say that I am too weak to complete most of the tasks as directed. Nevertheless, I pulled it through every day (except for one - because of heart problems) and grew extremely beyond myself. I now do 113 push-ups in a row with breaks in depressed arms and can now do 10 in a row instead of a maximum of 5-6 pull-ups.

If you are considering joining but are still unsure, definitely do it. This is the real deal and the guys at Warfighter-Athletic know exactly what they're doing!

First impressions

Having used both the combat conditioning and Tier programs earlier, I will say this is from my first impression the best one yet.
The layout is clean and easy to navigate, with a short foreword, calender, and every day presented in a double spread with good room for notes and reflections.
Programing seems solid, and will be familiar to anyone having used the "Tier" programs, but with an added emphasis on curcuit training and challenges.

Will be making a proper review once I've finished the program. But it's from my first impression worth the buy.
