Savages, it has been a minute since we put a workout up so we have something spicy for you! This workout is from Phase 3 of our Raid Series, the Tactical Raider Program.
Conditioning Workout
EMO3M 18 minutes | Every 3 minutes conduct the following exercises | 6 total rounds
2 rope climbs
20 KB swings
20 box step overs with odd object | Use a heavy odd object like sand bag or DB to carry as you step over.
Wear a plate carrier or weighted vest to increase the difficulty of this workout.
