It has been a minute since we shared a workout from our popular SOF derived 6 week strength & conditioning program the T-2 Micro

Strength & Conditioning 

A1: 3 x 5  Barbell Bench Press 
A2: 3 x 5 Barbell Deadlift 
Rest 4 minutes between sets

B1: 3 x 6-7 each side Single Arm DB Incline Press
B2: 3 6-7 Barbell Romanian Deadlift 
Rest: 4 minutes 

C1: 10 MINUTE EMOM
ODDS: 10-12 Bar dips
EVENS: 10-12 90 degree hanging leg raises or toes to bar

Paired exercises indicate a super set, rest periods are conducted after both exercises are completed.
