We are back with a workout and this week we are working on a skill essential to the tactical athlete, performing underload. This workout is from phase 3 of our Raid Series, The Tactical Raider Program

Ruck | Pack march

Pre ruck warm up

5km ruck | 80-90% of test weight | Flat terrain

Aim to be consistent at this weight over the full 5km, going too hard too early will likely see you red lining.
