Are you ready to take on the tactical phase of our Raid Series? Are you ready to catapult your athletic performance as a Tactical Athlete? It is time to unleash your full potential, welcome to the Tactical Raider Program.

The Tactical Raider Program is phase 3 of 3 in our Raid Series. In the first 2 phases we focused on building strong foundations, enabling you to get fitter, faster, stronger and to go longer.

In phase 3 we are moving into the tactical phase of the Raid Series. The difference between an athlete and a tactical athlete, is the tactical athlete's ability to perform under load in austere and high stress environments.

This is what makes the Tactical Athlete so unique.

The focus of the Tactical Raider Program is aimed at the physical skill sets needed to walk onto target under load, to hit the target like a sledgehammer, and to bug out to a helo extraction point. Our mission is to enable you to perform during the toughest missions and expeditions. 

When training tactical athletes we don't care how well you perform on your best day, we care about how well you perform on your worst. To be confident you'll turn up, even on your worst day, we're make sure you are trained to the highest level so when your performance drops in high stress environments, you're still out performing your adversaries.

Welcome to phase 3, your journey to becoming a Tactical Raider.

**NOTE: This is a continuation program and it is recommended that you complete Phase 1 - The Raid Ready Program and Phase 2 - The Hybrid Raider Program. However, it is not essential and you can use this as a stand alone training program. 

THE PROGRAM
  • The training starts with the Tactical Raider Performance Test, this is to test your baseline fitness before you begin the full 8-week training cycle. The test simulates a walk on to target, the assault and the bug out to a helo extraction point. Baseline testing is crucial for the training ahead and it will aid you in setting performance goals for the next 8 weeks.

  • Each training week consists of the following:

    • 3 x Strength Workouts

    • 4 x Conditioning Workouts (Conditioning increases up to 4 sessions per week from week 5 onward)

    • 1 x Rucking / Pack March Workout

    • 1 x Swim / Underwater Breath Hold Workout
  • Our training follows the scientifically proven progressive overload technique. Over the 8 weeks we increase load, intensity, distance and variety. Always keeping your body guessing, causing it to adapt and GROW! These techniques will see you continuing to increase STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, SPEED, CARDIOVASCULAR PERFORMANCE & MUSCLE GROWTH.

  • Workout times will vary. Strength sessions will take you approximately 60 minutes, with rucking, swimming and conditioning workouts taking mostly under 60 minutes to complete. Some workouts will be short and sharp, they will be barn burners, requiring you to dig deep and to push hard.

Delays

  1. We will always work hard to get your order out the door in 1-2 business days, if you order on a Friday afternoon your order will not be dispatched until Monday.
  2. Shipping is a fickle beast! Your package from time to time may arrive late, we have no control over what the shipping company or your customs service does with the package.
  3. If there is a delay, we will do everything in our power to find where your order is, remember if you pay for NON-TRACKED then you do not get tracking information and neither do we.

We only charge you for the cost of shipping your order, it does not include import, customs or duties taxes applied by your country.

Shipping to an APO/FPO

Because Military APO/FPO/DPO Mail is transported outside of the United States to overseas locations, customers should be advised of the common transit times. Transport times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee. Those in established bases should continue to receive regular service, while those in forward areas may experience longer arrival intervals due to logistical constraints.
