      Best workout program I have discovered

      I have tried alot of different prep programs and this mini is the best so far. Easy to understand, easy to scale, and it doesn't penalize missed days it incorporates make ups. It provides terminology and example workouts so I don't have to search the internet to understand what the program is asking. A definite recommend to anyone getting started or reloading from another program.

      I broke my femur while in the the Marine Corps, since I got out I've been trying to recover. I've only gotten a few days in to the micro T3, the work outs have been challenging yet doable. I'm looking forward to getting my strength and mental toughness back. It's a solid program.

      I'm coming to a finish on this program, it is safe to say it has surprised me every week with progressions in both the workouts and myself! This isn't a full 14 week program and it is badass!
