After years of military service, we have developed the Merino Mission Sock to be built tough, repel odor, wick moisture away from the skin, dry quickly, perform in hot or cold conditions and when wet or dry.
Utilizing Nuyarn's revolutionary technology and the New Zealand Sock Company's expertise, the Merino Mission Sock has been engineered to provide the perfect fit and uncompromising protection. The ESS™ (Elasticated Support System) is strategically knitted into the sock to reduce slippage, bunching and the risk of blisters, enabling you to focus on the task at hand.

Q: Will shipping times remain the same?
A: We will always do our best to get your order out the door as fast as possible but you need to expect some delays this time a year. We will be processing a lot of orders and shipping companies will be under pressure with all of the sales. Please be patient.
Q: Why won't the discount codes work?
A: Given the large storewide discounts during our Black November Sale, all codes are turned off until after the sale.
Q: Is there free shipping available?
A: We are still a small veteran owned and operated company. To make this event profitable so we can continue to serve this community, we have to turn off free shipping during the sale. We do have FREE shipping for the USA with all orders $100 or more.

There is no free global shipping available during the Black November Sale.
We ship globally, if you want to make sure we ship to your country, simply go through the checkout process and enter your address, if it is accepted we will ship to your country.
Delays
- We will always work hard to get your order out the door in 1-2 business days, if you order on a Friday afternoon your order will not be dispatched until Monday.
- Shipping is a fickle beast! Your package from time to time may arrive late, we have no control over what the shipping company or your customs service does with the package.
- If there is a delay, we will do everything in our power to find where your order is, remember if you pay for NON-TRACKED then you do not get tracking information and neither do we.

Customs Fees & Taxes
We only charge you for the cost of shipping your order, it does not include import, customs or duties taxes applied by your country.
Shipping to an APO/FPO
Because Military APO/FPO/DPO Mail is transported outside of the United States to overseas locations, customers should be advised of the common transit times. Transport times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee. Those in established bases should continue to receive regular service, while those in forward areas may experience longer arrival intervals due to logistical constraints.
