This battle tested 6-week online training program has been designed to help those in tactical and first responder professions transform their physical performance and to develop a winning mindset.

Using functional, varied and science derived training methods, you will train to become the ultimate team member and tactical athlete who performs when it counts the most.

Our training methods are founded on the principles of: Fitter, Faster, Stronger, Go Longer, Regardless of Environment or Terrain.

Stay consistent, and victory will be yours

I was skeptical about all the plans out there from other fitness gurus, tried the Mental Toughness program, saw results instantly. so I dove deeper at the 6 week, and holy crapt. It's life changing honestly. I'm in better fitness condition then when I joined the Army in 2012. Soldiers who have been with me have noticed the difference. All you need is the drive to stay consistent and you will crush personal goals like the badass you are.

Great functional training on a tight schedule

I am finishing my 3rd week of the program and would highly recommend it. Working multiple jobs and an infant at home leaves me with little time to workout. This program produces results and is not time consuming. Can’t wait to move to the Full T-2 program next.
