    I always struggled with what to do in the gym and coming up with a routine. So I never made great progress. This system has transformed my mind and body. I actually just purchased three more programs to do after this.

    I bought this program and got a t-shirt. I gained enough size and strength that I don't fit in the size I ordered any more, which is unfortunate because the quality is excellent. So size up if you're starting and getting something from them. It's no joke and the program is efficient. You never feel like you're risking injury and the progress is evident. Worth every cent, especially when considering the support from the team. I used this to become a better rock climber and it worked, the program really makes you better overall.

    This program is absolutely what I needed to get through the plateau. Takes me back to my younger Army days, when we would have Ranger competitions between companies. The diet plan as well is cut and dried. I definitely recommend this program!!
