We ship globally, if you want to make sure we ship to your country, simply go through the checkout process and enter your address, if it is accepted we will ship to your country.
Delays
- We will always work hard to get your order out the door in 1-2 business days, if you order on a Friday afternoon your order will not be dispatched until Monday.
- Shipping is a fickle beast! Your package from time to time may arrive late, we have no control over what the shipping company or your customs service does with the package.
- If there is a delay, we will do everything in our power to find where your order is, remember if you pay for NON-TRACKED then you do not get tracking information and neither do we.

Customs Fees & Taxes
We only charge you for the cost of shipping your order, it does not include import, customs or duties taxes applied by your country.
Shipping to an APO/FPO
Because Military APO/FPO/DPO Mail is transported outside of the United States to overseas locations, customers should be advised of the common transit times. Transport times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee. Those in established bases should continue to receive regular service, while those in forward areas may experience longer arrival intervals due to logistical constraints.

I purchased the Tier 3 Performance Program a few weeks back and so far I'm really enjoying it! The pdf has over 150 pages of brilliant info, from training to mindset to nutrition. Thought it was a little pricey at $80 CAD but I know see it as an investment, and it's a brilliant one. Would highly recommend!
Programme looks great however could have done with more warning about how much specific gear is required I.e. barbell, rack and enough weights to max your back squat. Haven’t been able to start it as I’m waiting to get the weights
So far I am lovin' this program. Not only is it helping to build a stronger, faster me, it is forcing me to build better habits and become stronger mentally. Can't wait to look back and see how far I've come.
