Mass Monster Program
The goal of this program is simple, increase strength and build muscle, transforming you into a MONSTER. The methods in this program have been developed in collaboration with a bodybuilding coach, then proven in the gym by me personally.
I tested the program over 12 weeks where I made significant increases in size and strength. I found the sweet spot for large scale increases in size and strength culminated at the 8 week mark, hence the program being 8 weeks long.
I did continue to get results after 8 weeks, however they're hard earned after 8 weeks as expected. We utilise the perfect combination of strength and hypertrophy training to simultaneously gain noticeable strength and muscle.
You're going to see results, how well this program works always comes down to that one deciding factor...YOU!
To get the most from this program you're going to need to do more than just turn up and train, a lot of work was done outside of the gym for me to get the results I did and you're going to have to do the same.
I am warning you now, this program and what is required of you isn't going to be easy. You're going to have to eat, sleep, and train like it's your job. It's going to take hard work, sacrifice and discipline. We are giving you all of the tools you need, it is up to you to put them to work.
If you wanted to be average, if you wanted to stagnate, if you wanted to be mediocre, you wouldn't be here.

- To get the maximum results from this program there are mission critical elements that you're going to need. You'll receive a list of the supplements you need to take, the nutrition guidelines you need to follow and recovery protocols that will enhance your ability to get strong and grow muscle.
- This 8 week training program is broken up into 4 x 2 week blocks of training, each week we will increase the workload in order to increase the stimulus. We use a unique combination of strength and hypertrophy training while utilising the RPE scale to control your training output. It is an extremely simple and effective way of training. Most importantly, it works.
- To do this program, access to a commercial gym is the golden standard. If you don't have access to a commercial gym but you have a quality home gym, with our support you will be able to utilise this program to maximum effect.
