Some hardcore rock solid challenging program. Benchpressed 85kg for the first time in me life and triple digits squat after my back injury. Really hard to do and challenging program but that's what I like. Some real mental breaks. Love it!!! Only hoped for some more metcon style work outs. But nothing real to complain about. Just loved the progress and training. Thanks!!!
